FIBRIN-AFFINITIVE UROKINASE COMPLEX AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a new fibrin-affinitive urokinase complex useful as a thrombolytic agent. CONSTITUTION:The fibrin-affinitive urokinase complex has 74muM Michaelis constant, 0.57X10<-9>mol/min maximum rate by a synthetic substrate method using S-2444, 3.8sec<-1> Kcat and 97500+ or -3000 molecular weight by SDS-PAGE method. The complex is obtained by isolating a high-molecular weight substance acting as an activation factor on plasminogen and having affinity to fibrin from human urine.
