PURPOSE:To provide a method for obtaining a plastic sheet which is nacreous due to a plurality of groups of uniform fine cells and can be changed to transparent state when it is rubbed by pressing a hard material such as a coin. CONSTITUTION:After a polyolefin un-stretched resin layer is pressed under the presence of gas, pressure is rapidly reduced so as to produce a plastic sheet which is nacreous due to a plurality of groups of fine cells.
