PURPOSE:To shorten temperature up time and improve temperature up thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A fuel cell generating facility has a circulating system for supplying a cell cooling water from a steam generator 4 to the cooling plate 10C of a fuel cell and returning the cell cooling water to the steam generator 4, and a cell cooling water system for taking out a part of the cell cooling water from the circulating system and combining again it to the circulating system after water treatment. The facility is further provided with heat exchangers 28, 29 for heat-exchanging a part of the cell cooling water with each fluid supplied to the fuel electrode 10 A and air electrode 10B of a fuel cell before the water treatment of the taken cell cooling water. |
