PURPOSE:To provide a stereoscopic picture display system capable of safely and surely performing the operation without impairing the stereoscopic effect of a working object even when the word is complicated work using plural stereoscopic pictures. CONSTITUTION:A CRT monitor 3 and an LCD monitor 4 are prepared as a monitor for displaying a stereoscopic picture Polarization switches 14, 15 for adjusting the polarization direction of a stereoscopic picture signal are provide in front of the CRT monitor 3 and the LCD monitor 4, receive a switching timing from a polarization switch controller 16 and change the picture signal to longitudinal polarization and lateral polarization. An operator 1 recognizes the stereoscopic picture by putting on polarization glasses 2. Since the polarization direction is optimally adjusted by means of the polarization switches 14, 15, the stereoscopic effect of the object outputted from the LCD monitor 4 is not impaired and the deterioration of color and brightness is removed. |
