PURPOSE: To provide a device having a received signal intensity indicator(RSSI) having a module electronic circuit containing a logarithmic detector, which device is improved in performance to change of temperature and processing parameter. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate frequency(IF) amplifier/logarithmic detector has a module structure containing a plurality of voltage amplifiers 12, 14, 16, a plurality of rectifiers 20, 22, 24, a plurality of voltage current converters 26, 28, 30 and a current adding circuit. Each amplifier 12, 14, 16 is formed of a differential transistor pair driven by a first current proportional to the temperature in order to fix the gain. Each converter 26, 28, 30 is formed of a second differential transistor pair driven by a second current inverse proportional to a processing parameter in proportion to the temperature, and a third transistor driven by a third current inverse propornional to note processing parameter. |
