发明名称 LOW-TEMPERATURE SINTERED PORCELAIN COMPOSITION FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a low-temperature sintered porcelain composition which can be manufactured by baking at a temperature of 900 deg.C or less by specifying the range of each mole ratio for a ZrO2 power and a glass powder. CONSTITUTION:This porcelain composition is made up of the sintered product of a ZrO2 power, and the mole ratios of a ZrO2 powder(X) and a glass powder (Y) are in the range: 5mol%<=X<=23mol%, 77mol%<=Y<=95mol%, X+Y=100 mol%, where the range of composition of a ZrO2 powder and a glass powder is set as above because a compact sintered product can not be obtained by baking at a tesmperature of 900 deg.C when the ZnO2 powder exceeds 23mol% and the glass power is less than 77mol%. Also, when a ZrO2 powder is less than 5mol% and a glass power exceeds 95mol%, the foaming, the warping and the deforming are generated by baking at a temperature of 900 deg.C and therefore the foregoing range of composition is set for the purpose of preventing those.
