PURPOSE:To efficiently clean a reagent nozzle by selecting cleanser suitable for degree and type of dirts adhered to the nozzle and cleaning the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A reagent dispensing nozzle 11 is disposed on a reagent nozzle cleaning unit 24, moved on a reagent table 9, and dispenses a suitable quantity of reagent responsive to an analytical item ordered from a controller 46 from a reagent bin. The dispensed reagent is discharged to a reaction line 8, and again returned to the unit 24. Cleaning effects of cleansers for various types of reagents are previously stored in the controller 46, the cleanser to be used is selected based on information of the controller 46, and an operation of a cleanser selecting operation unit 32 is controlled. |
