RECYCLING OF RECORDING LAYER OF FLEXOPRINTING PLATE

PURPOSE: To provide a photopolymerizable flexographic printing plate with which layer problems are decreased, the load on environment is reduced and raw materials are decreased and the process for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: This method for recycling the exposed or unexposed or both photopolymer flexographic printing plates, including photopolymerizable recording layers 3 and bases consists of (a) a step for separating the recording layers 3 from the bases and pulverizing the materials and (b) a step for adding a photopolymer mixture to these materials. This method is used in producing the photopolymerizable flexographic printing plate which decreases the problems of the waste, is environmentally friendly and includes the fewer raw materials.
