PURPOSE:To improve the convenience of a user who operates a remote conference system by preventing the conference material of the same title from existing in the terminal equipment of a reception side at the time of transmitting the conference material. CONSTITUTION:At the time of transmitting the conference material by the terminal equipment of a transmission side, a title name designated by a writing pad 9 or a keyboard 19 by the user, time information when the title is designated by the user, and its own terminal telephone number information is transmitted with the conference material as the management information of the conference material to the terminal equipment of the reception side. The conference material is managed with the file name, title name, generating time, and origin of generation telephone number by the terminal equipments of the transmission side and the reception side. While conference communication is executed between the terminal equipments, the conference material management information such as the title name of the conference material, generating time information, and original of generation telephone number is exchanged on the communication, so that the designation of the conference material between the terminal equipments can be executed. Thus, at the time of transmitting the conference material, the conference material of the same title can be prevented from existing in the terminal equipment of the reception side. |
