The invention relates to a method of manufacturing prefabricated curved composite panels as well as to the prefabricated curved panels obtained by this method. This method consists in preparing at least two thin sheets, the first sheet consisting of an outer face A, preferably impervious, and of an inner face B forming a reinforcement, the said faces being preassembled and the second sheet comprising at least one impervious outer face A, in deforming the said sheets under their own weight by superposing them on a tray of a compression-bonding table, having a predetermined radius of curvature, the facing faces of the said sheets being precoated with adhesive, and in joining them together by compression bonding so as to obtain a panel with an impeccable surface finish. Application to the construction of load-bearing or self-supporting structures, such as tunnel structures. <IMAGE>
