PURPOSE:To provide an automatic electronic components insertion device which can supply jumper wires stably without causing the scattering of straight- advance property for feeding the jumper wires at a jumper wire supply part to affect an insertion rate. CONSTITUTION:When a jumper wire supply part 51 is inclined by theta degrees for an insertion unit and the tip part of the jumper wire part 5 for supplying the jumper wire 5 is warped at the upper side due to scattering of straight- advance property within a certain range, it can perform cutting and forming since it is within the range of the insertion unit where it is possible to perform cutting and forming. Also, when the jumper wire is warped to a lower side, the insertion unit rocks, the tip part of the jumper wire 5 hits against the part P of a fixed cutter 13, and the jumper wire 5 is lifted to a supply position for achieving cutting and forming. |
