PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor laser device wherein it can control the output beam of each of a plurality of semiconductor laser elements independently and its assembly operation is easy. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 3 are formed on individual semiconductor laser elements 2 on a multibeam laser chip 1 in a state that they have been broken and damaged partly, photodiodes 5 are formed on a heat sink 4 (a), and the multibeam laser chip 1 is bonded onto the heat sink 4 in such a way that the photodiodes 5 face broken and damaged parts in the electrodes 3 (b).
