PURPOSE:To form a rigid and thin terminal board by mounting a coil on the board formed by coupling insulating sheets from above and below by thermal press-bonding, and associating a shielding case which contains a cap core with the board. CONSTITUTION:Two insulating sheets 11', 11'' are coupled from above and below with a flat terminal 12, and bonded integrally by thermal press-bonding or supersonic fusion-bonding to form a terminal board 11. Then, a drum-shaped core 15 on which a coil 13 is wound is bonded to the board 11, and lead wirings 14 of the coil 13 are connected with the terminal 12 by soldering or welding. A shielding case 17 with which a cap core 16 is threaded is associated with the board 11 to form a variable inductor. |
