More particularly, the invention relates to a training device for limiting the movement of both arms relative to the golfer's body. The device comprises a chest band and arm restraining bands that hold the golfer's arms close to the body and prevent their movement away from the body while at the same time permitting the movement of the arms across the body throughout the swing.</p> |
