PURPOSE:To provide the lime soap compsn. which has a high concn., is usable as it is simply by charging the compsn. as it is into a lime soap liquid tank and has a good deposition property, adhesion and rust preventiveness by forming wet powder of a specific moisture content of a mixture contg. a water dispersion of the calcium salt of fatty acid, carrier powder and moisture. CONSTITUTION:The water dispersion of the fatty acid calcium of 30 to 60% solid content concn., carrier powder of slaked lime, etc., and a prescribed volume of the water and further, a rust preventive agent, adhesive agent, tight adhesive agent, dispersant, defoaming agent, lubricity imparting agent, etc., at need are mixed by a proper method and the mixture is used as the lime soap for pretreatment before drawing of the wet powder of 10 to 40% moisture content. The lime soap compsn. for the pretreating agent for drawing which has the good deposition property, adhesion, rust preventiveness and lubricity, lessens the degradation in working environment by steam at the time of production, dust and dislodgment after coating, has the higher concn. and can be continuously charged is obtd. without a stage for bringing quick lime and sodium soap into reaction by using water, a maturing stage and a filtering stage. |
