PURPOSE:To enable a formed body good quality, wherein the distribution of specific gravity is uniform, to be produced even in the case where a forming path is changed to a desired shape, by disposing both of a jig for regulating the height of a reinforcing fiber material, which is led to the forming path, and a jig for regulating the width thereof in the vicinity close to the inlet of the forming path. CONSTITUTION:A forming path 1 into which a reinforcing fiber material A impregnated with a foaming and curing resin is fed to form an elongated form is surrounded and formed by four endless belts 2 to 5. Further, one end portion or each endless belt 2 to 5 in a longitudinal direction is arranged slidably with each endless belt 2 to 5. At least three endless belts are supported movably by a moving means. Furthermore, arrangement is made in such a manner that the cross-sectional shape of the forming path 1 can be varied by moving at least three endless belts. In this case, a height regulating jig 7 for regulating the height of the reinforcing fiber material A, which is led to the forming path 1, and a width regulating jig 8 for regulating the width thereof are disposed in the vicinity close to the inlet 6 of the forming path. |
