<p>PURPOSE:To provide a superior stack performance by providing a means for controlling curl. CONSTITUTION:A paper sheets stack device is provided with a stack part 1 for stacking print media 9 discharged from a discharge port 2 of a print part 16. a stopper tip part 6 for pressing the print media from the direction perpendicular to a stack face 3, and a stopper support part 7 which has a plane perpendicular to the stack face 3 and parallel to the discharge port 2, is movable in the discharge direction of the print media 9, and supports the stopper tip part 6. The device is also provided with a sensor 12 for detecting and outputting deformation quantity of the stopper tip 6, a spring 14 of which one end is fixed to the print part 16 and the other end is fixed to the stopper support part 7, and which acts only when the upper cover 15 of the print part 16 is forced to open, and presses the print media 9 stacked on a stack part 1 against the stack part 1, a controller 13 for temporarily stopping and restarting print action of the print part 16 by answering the output-signals of the sensor 12, and a buzzer 5 for generating a sound by interlocking to the controller 13.</p> |
