PURPOSE:To provide a pulsation pressure attenuation device and a rubber hose having a built-in pulastion pressure attenuation device which can absorb the pulsation pressure securely regardless of the frequency variation, and can be installed simply. CONSTITUTION:A pulsation pressure attenuation device 1 is composed by providing an impeller 5 rotated by a pressure fluid in a casing 3, and the impeller 5 may be journalled to a shaft 9 orthogonal to the axial direction of the casing 3, or may be journalled to a shaft 9 in the direction same as the axial direction of the casing 3. And plural impellers may be provided, or the impeller may be combined with a partition plate having a permeation hole. A pulsation absorbing hose is composed by providing the impeller 5 to the inside of a rubber hose having connecting metal fittings at both ends and/or to nipples to form the metal fittings.
