PURPOSE:To provide an occupant protective device for vehicle which can be regulated easily and has a high reliability. CONSTITUTION:This occupant protective device is provided with a timing setting circuit 32 to set the timing depending on the detecting output from an acceleration sensor 1 so as to operate the main body 9 of the occupant protective device for vehicle, a deciding circuit 31 to decide the level of an accident given to the occupant depending on the acceleration signal from the acceleration sensor 1, and an AND gate 30 to take the AND of the outputs of the timing setting circuit 32 and the deciding circuit 31, and the main body 9 of the occupant protective device for vehicle is operated depending on the output of the AND gate 30. |
