摘要 <p>A method for manufacturing regenerated cellulosic fiber by zinc free viscose is for actually manufacturing the regenerated cellulosic fibre with "C" shape cross section. It includes that a rayon class pulp is immersed in the caustic soda solution with concentration 17.5% to 18.5% to obtain cellulosic soda containing 33-34% cellulosic fibre and 15.55-16.00% sodium hydroxide; the cellulosic soda is smashed and aged to acquire a viscose solution having viscosity 35~37 falling sphere seconds and the viscose solution reacts with 28 ~ 33% carbon disulfide to convert the cellulosic soda into xanthate cellulose; the xanthate cellulose is dissolved in the diluted solution of sodium hydroxide for preparing viscose solution containing 6~11% cellulose and the ratio of caustic soda/cellulose 52~60%; the matured solution forms fibre substance in the spinbath after the viscose solution is matured. It is characterized by that the spinbath is free of zinc and contains 6.5~12% sulfuric acid, 0.3~2.0% aluminum sulfate [Al2(SO4)3], and sodium sulfate. The fibre obtained after spinbath, stretching and post spinning can be carried out with traditional methods for regenerating, desulfurizing, bleaching, trimming and drying the fibre.</p>
