<p>A valve device comprising a watertight body having one inlet and two outlets and an adjustment part fitted so that it can slide inside the body, in which the body and the said sliding adjustment part carry flow-splitting devices that work together to divide a stream of fluid flowing through the said inlet into two separate streams each of a preset rate depending on the axial position of the sliding part and flowing through the said outlets.
