The device comprises a key signal input part for the general function and mode selection, a jog/shuttle library for getting input data to output other servo control signal and control signal for reserved recording by turning angle and direction, a switching circuit which switches output signal of jog/shuttle dial part to servo control signal and control signal for reserved recording, and control part for controlling output of VTR side circuit with output of jog/shuttle dial part selected by the key signal input part.
