The waste incinerator is disclosed in which a waste conveyor belt is installed under a waste dropping member, a waste conveying stand, a waste pressing conveyor belt and an incinerating burner are installed in a waste incinerator, a screw and pulverizer are installed on the wall of the incinerator, a multi-level boiler is installed in a vapour generator, a rotation shaft having an impeller, a force transmitting pulley and blowing fan is installed above the boiler, and a water reservoir is installed above a purifier which has a water spraying nozzle, a carbon rod, and a water circulating pipe, thereby preventing environment pollution.
