NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula [R is H, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or quaternary amine; X is H, acyl, or (alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or quaternary amine) phosphate group]. EXAMPLE:Kojic acid 5-0-phosphate. USE:Dermatic drug for external use. PREPARATION:Kojic acid (in some case, having protected 7-OH group) is made to react with a phosphoric acid halide compound in an organic solvent in the presence of an organic base below room temperature, and the obtained kojic acid phosphoric acid ester derivative is hydrolyzed under neutral or acidic condition. |
