The subject of the invention is a rigid, open-cell polyurethane foam obtained from diisocyanate(s), polyol(s) and a blowing agent, characterised in that the said foam has a mean acoustic absorption of greater than 0.3 on the frequency interval ranging from 400 to 6,300 Hz. The foams according to the present invention also have a high transmission attenuation factor Rw as well as a low impact sound level factor Ln.
