<p>PURPOSE: To transversely cut various type materials not exclusively in the form of ribbons, such as aluminium films, paper, fiberglass, and plastic films by a very accurate and reliable method. CONSTITUTION: Two circular blades 14 slightly spaced from one another can be engaged with two corresponding circular counter-blades 16, the circular blades 14 and the circular counter-blades 16 are supported by a carriage 20 moving on a beam 32, and the carriage is moved by a mechanism connected to the carriage 20. The circular blades 14, the circular counter-blades 16, the carriage 20 and the beam 32 are mounted transversely and orthogonally with respect to a feed table 70 of a material to be cut.</p> |
