PURPOSE:To substantially perfectly dissolve ozone in the flow of water by sucking the ozone into a water flow pipe with ejectors and generating impact waves in the pipe with the cavitation of the flow. CONSTITUTION:A piping 10 and a pump P are connected to the upper end of a water flow pipe 1, and water is supplied into the water flow pipe 1. Ozone from an ozone generator 11 and from an undissolved ozone-rising pipe 12, respectively, are sucked into the water flow pipe 1. Impact waves are generated in the flow water of the water flow pipe 1 by the cavitation of the flow at the expanded part (e) and the contracted part (r) of the flow space in the water flow pipe 1.
