发明名称 SLIDER MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve torque and efficiency by a filler with a high hardness containing a resin material to carry most of the pressure applied to the sliding surface by using a resin material for the sliding part of an ultrasonic wave motor. CONSTITUTION:A rotar 3 is pressed to a stator 1 by biasing means and rotates by the operation of traveling wave generated on the surface of the stator 1, where a base material consisting of at least thermosetting or thermoplastic resin is used for the sliding material used for the sliding part of the ultrasonic motor. Also, a first filler which is harder than the surrounding and generate a torque by carrying most of the force applied to the sliding surface on sliding is used. Then, a second filler which has a solid lubrication property and tends to easily come off, comes off faster than the base material on sliding and is distributed on the sliding surface, and prevents the base material from adhering to the sliding surface and a mobile adhesion film from being formed is used, thus enabling the first filler to convert the vibration energy of the stator 1 to rotary torque efficiently.
