DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TARGET DISCRIMINATION

PURPOSE:To obtain a target discrimination device discriminating target and weather clutter from a video signal. CONSTITUTION:A target discrimination device of target and weather clutter in a radar contains a delayed video signal 16 and the original video signal 15 in a register 14, obtains their relation with a relation calculator 17 and judges if the relation obtained with a judger 19 is for the target itself to discriminate the target. The judger 19 judges waveform by using a level detector and a discriminator and measuring the waveform.
