<p>PURPOSE:To provide a liq. resist. ink compsn. excellent in resolution, solvent resistance and plating resistance, contributing toward improving environmental problem and the problem of work environment in the case of an aq. system and relieving a load in the aspects of producing facilities, transportation and fire prevention. CONSTITUTION:This liq. resist ink compsn. developable with water or a dil. aq. alkali soln. contains a polymer (A) obtd. by polymerizing 5-100wt.% glycerol (meth)acrylate and 0-95wt.% other copolymerizable ethylenic unsatd. monomer or a UV-curable polymer obtd. by allowing the obtd. polymer to react with an ethylenic unsatd. monomer having an epoxy group, a photopolymn. initiator (B), a diluent (C) and a thermosetting epoxy compd (D).</p> |
