PURPOSE:To reduce sounds and oscillation and to improve the positioning precision, by switching the gain of a servo driver at the timing adapted to the state of each shaft by the output of a cycle timer, which detects the angle of rotation of the revolving shaft of a head part, to operate a servo motor. CONSTITUTION:A servo motor 7 of each shaft of an electronic parts mounting machine operated by many shafts is controlled based on the output of a cycle timer 3 attached to the revolving shaft of the head part which mounts electronic parts on a printed circuit board. The servo motor 7 is speed-controlled in accordance with the output of the cycle timer main body 3, and a servo driver 9 interposed between a controller 8 and the servo motor 7 has two kinds of gains A and B and switches the gain condition by a command in the high level or the low level from a cycle timer output line 10. In the case of the gain B, the settling time of the servo motor 7 is short and the positioning precision is excellent but problems of sounds and oscillation exist; and therefore, the gain of the servo driver 9 is switched to solve the problems of sounds, oscillation, and the positioning precision. |
