The double mode switch of a slide loading type camcorder has functions to detect mode and to eject the cassette holder. The double mode switch includes a detection gear (20) rotating on a substrate (10) by using a mode detection terminal (22), an ejector for ejecting a cassette holder according to an operating unit of the detection gear (20), and a mode detector for detecting contact state changed by a rotation of the detection gear (20) and operation of the ejector.
