<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the stain and moisture absorption of a coating cylindrical body having heat contractibility completely until directly before a sealable container is mounted to a cable connection and to pay no special attention to handling in the case of conveyance thereof by incorporating a heating source in the cylindrical body held by a sealable container. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 4 incorporating a temperature control section 7 and a heating source 4a therein is provided to a sealable heat insulating container, and the container is so constituted that a cylindrical body 5 inserting a coating cylindrical body 6 having heat contractibility therein is provided the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 4 in a detachable manner. As a heating source 4a, a plate-like electric heater or a ceramic electric heater or oxidation reacting heat such as heating fluid or metal powder is used. Accordingly, the coating cylindrical body 6 can be conveyed to a working site in a completely sealed state, so that stain and moisture absorption can be prevented. Until directly before it is mounted to the cable, heating can be maintained, so that heat contractible time in the case of mounting thereof can be extremely reduced.</p> |
