PURPOSE:To stabilize the output of an axial-flow type laser oscillator used for a laser beam machine, etc. CONSTITUTION:A resonator is constituted on a distributed air-supply pipe 9, an end connection 9a is formed to a side face, and a gas-flow shielding guide plate 16b is mounted inside the end connection 9a. A connection air-supply block, in which a cooling section is installed while surrounding a gas passage hole 9c, is set up to the end connection of a piping end face, the resonator is supported by the connection air-supply block, and a spiral gas guide plate is fitted into a piping. A plurality of overhanging sections 9d, in which front ends are bent to the piping side, are mounted on the external wall of the piping, and an air current is blown from the end face. On the other hand, a flow control valve is installed to a cooler on the outlet side, and the opening of the flow control valve is varied in response to a discharge output. According to said constitution, unequal thermal elongation generated at the time of the change of a gas temperature in an air-supply pining 7 and resonator itself is prevented and the deviation of the optical axis of the resonator is inhibited, thus stabilizing an output. |
