PURPOSE:To turn only a required circuit block to an active state and to reduce power consumption by providing the plural circuit blocks and storing the block numbers of the circuit blocks to be turned to the active state next inside respective memory areas for constituting the memory parts of the respective circuit blocks. CONSTITUTION:A node number attached to a leading node is inputted from an outside and stored in a node number register 152 and at the same time a text is inputted from the outside and stored in a text data register 150. Further, the block number of the circuit block in which data are stored is inputted from the outside and stored in a block number register 154. Block number data stored in the block number register 154 are inputted to respective block selecting circuits, only the specific circuit block is turned to the active state and the other circuit blocks are turned to an inactive state. |
