PURPOSE:To easily perform the assembling only by bending with a jig at assembling a louver, improve the manufacturing efficiency, provide an insert recessed part on the upper edge of a baffle plate, ensure the housing space of a lighting device and thin a luminaire. CONSTITUTION:Two through-holes 35 are punched in the center part near the lower part of an insert recessed part 31 notched and formed on the upper edge part, and a locking piece part 33 is cut up by punching in a recessed circular form continuously to the through holes 35. After flattening, the locking piece part 33 is fitted to a punched opening part 42 in the state where it can be easily raised again while swelling and deforming the insert recessed part 31 edge upward by the through holes 35 to form a baffle plate 26. The baffle plate 26 is fitted and inserted to the slit 30 of a baffle support plate 25 until the locking piece part 33 is situated on the inside of the baffle support plate 25. The locking piece 33 is protruded again from the side surface of the baffle plate 26 by a jig, and the lower end of the locking piece part 33 is engaged with the inner surface of a top part 29. A louver 24 is mounted on an equipment body 11 in such a manner that a lighting device 22 is enclosed by the baffle support body 25. |
