100 wt.pts. of polyarylene sulfide resin; 0.5-20 wt.pts. of high density polyethylene having 0.941-0.965 density; and 25-150 wt.pts. of fiber form filler selected from glass fiber, carbon fiber, silica fiber, titanic acid kalium fiber, titanium fiber, aramide fiber or asbestos fiber. The polyarylene sulfide resin has 10-20,000 poise of melting viscosity at 300 deg.C and 1200/sec shear rate. The obtd. resin compsn. has good appearance and formability for molding.
