The innerliner rubber compsn. useful for big tier comprises 90-100 wt.pts. of halogenized isobutylene-isoprene rubber; 0-10 wt.pts. of dien based natural rubber; 4-8 wt.pts. of adhesive agent; and other additives. The adhesive agent is gumarone indene resin, alkylphenol formaldehyde resin or hydrocarbon resin. The halogenized isobutylene-isoprene rubber has 0.93±0.01 gravity, 25-40 mooney viscosity at ML 1+8 and 125 deg.C, and contains 1.0-3.0 % of halogen. The obtd. compsn. has air-permeating resistance and promoted compatability to 2nd innerliner, then has crack resistance and anti-fatigue deforming property, and can be reused by retreading.
