PURPOSE:To stabilize the exhaust gas purification effect as well as to improve the fuel consumption, by providing a steam generator to a suction passage to lead the outer air to a combustion chamber, so as to compose the system to feed the steam to the combustion chamber stably. CONSTITUTION:To a suction pipe 38 to suck the outer air and lead it to the combustion chamber of a cylinder 30, a carbureter 40 and a throttle valve 42 are installed, and after a gasoline is mixed by the carbureter 40, the ignition is made by an ignition plug 28. And a steam generator 14 is provided to an air feeder pipe 38, the steam generator 14 has a vapor chamber 50, a water feeding means 52, and an electric heater 54, and the generated vapor is fed to the air feeder pipe 38. In this case, the generated steam is led to a steam separator so as to remove the water drops preferably. By feeding the steam to the suction system of a heat engine is such a way, the fuel consumption is improved, and at the same time, the exhaust gas can be purified. And by separating the water drops by the steam separator, the water drops attached to the inner wall of the suction pipe 38 are reduced, and the steam can be sucked to the combustion chamber smoothly, so as to stabilize the combustion and to stabilize the purification function of the exhaust gas further. |
