PURPOSE: To form an image at a low electric level by forming a lithographic printing plate which can directly form an image by a laser discharging by providing a layer which can absorb infrared radial rays, and a surface layer, and making respective layers have different compatibilities to a printing liquid. CONSTITUTION: This lithographic plate is constituted by forming a layer 404 which can absorb infrared (IR) radial rays, and a surface layer coating layer 408 in order on a base body 400 made of a polymer film, paper or a metal sheet or the like. For respective layers 404 and 408, ones having different compatibilities to at least one printing liquid which is selected from a group comprising inks and ink adhesion preventive liquids, are used, and the infrared radial ray absorbing layer 404 is formed of a polymer system which performs the absorption in a region in the vicinity of IR, or a polymer coating wherein a component which performs the absorption in the vicinity of IR is dispersed or dissolved. Also, the surface layer 408 is formed of a silicone polymer which repels the ink. |
