<p>PURPOSE:To stably preserve fruit and vegetable for a long time. CONSTITUTION:One side or both sides constituting the shell 1 of a bag are made of a plastic film having a plurality of holes 2 of 10-150mum in the average diameter or a complex film with holes, made of plastic, metallic foil, paper, cloth, etc. The areal ratio of opened holes on the film surface with holes to the whole inner surface area of bag is 1X10<-7>-2X10<-4>%. The preservative bag for fruit and vegetable is provided with an opening structure which can be sealed again, at the upper opening 3 of the bag.</p> |
