<p>PURPOSE:To certainly detect a position of a hub bolt without misconceiving the hub bolt for another portion, to carry out highly reliable detection of a hub position and to easily correspond to hubs of various kinds of cars. CONSTITUTION:A copying plate 66 capable of tilting freely following the surface of a hub, a pair of bar type Z shaft sensors 71a, 71b vertical against a Z shaft and in parallel with each other on the surface facing a hub of the copying plate 66 and free to move in parallel and a pair of bar type X shaft sensors 74a, 74b in parallel with each other by way of keeping a specified angle with the Z shaft sensors and capable of moving in parallel are furnished. The Z shaft sensors and the X shaft sensors are moved and made to make contact with a hub bolt B, and from position data of the Z shaft sensors and the X shaft sensors, the central position of a pitch circle of the hub bolt B and a phase angle of the hub bolt B are found by computation.</p> |
