PURPOSE: To obtain a durable coating having a good slipping property even after insertion into an aqueous circumference such as in a body cavity by using a dispersion as a coating material. CONSTITUTION: There is provided a method for preparing a product with a friction decreasing property in a wet state which has a coating containing a binder, a hydrophilic polymer and a permeability increasing compound if desired. The coating is formed from a binder in a solidified or curable prepolymer with a molecular weight of at least 200, one or more hydrophilic polymer and the permeability increasing compound if desired, wherein 0.2-60 parts by weight of the hydrophilic polymer is used per 1 part by weight of the binder. And, a dispersion is made from a solvent or a mixture of solvents in which the binder is substantially insoluble. The dispersion is applied on a product and the solvent or a part thereof is removed to solidify the binder. |
