Improvements in shaped edge profiling machines, essentially characterised by mounting a profiling assembly, with motor incorporated, on a column with regulated movement in proximity to the machine, and rotatable in order to locate the profiling elements in their position of action, there being a fixed-axis milling tool surrounded by a ring with axis perpendicular to its plane with a threaded end to attach an approximation graduation element, this ring constituting a lateral follower of the part. Other followers on the upper surface of the part are formed by two wheels, mounted on tilting parts on a common axis, and provided with springs which tilt them in opposite directions, in order that each one of them remains in a fixed position, at the entrance and exit of the part, to copy the shape which exists at said entrance and exit of the part, all the foregoing in a single pass. A special cutter to dress the curliness of the board, is mounted on a casing, with eccentric- controlled regulation, achieving by means of this, that in a single pass of the part, the entrance and exit shaped is profiled, together with the dressing the curliness of the board along its whole length. <IMAGE>
