<p>PURPOSE:To enhance work efficiency and improve a sorting rate when sorting a large number of semiconductor pellets so as to fit them into each sorting hole in a sorting board in terms of a sorting device where a through hole- provided base board and a sorting hole-provided sorting board are stacked and fixed on the top of a box. CONSTITUTION:A tray 10, which is designed to envelop the periphery of a sorting board 4 in a sorting device 1, is removably mounted to the sorting device 1. A collection chamber 12 of semiconductor pellets 12 is installed on one side of this tray 10 or more particularly in an area outside the sorting device 1 so that the internal part of the collection chamber 12 may communicate with the internal part of the tray 10. A weir part 13, which projects at a proper height from the sorting board 4, is installed in an area between the collection chamber 12 and the tray 10.</p> |
