<p>PURPOSE:To process tickets, etc., by easily specifying the kind of a commutation ticket, etc., only by inputting individual identification information. CONSTITUTION:A read part 2 reads an application form for specifying a user and the individual identification information on the name, address, telephone number, etc., is patterned and recognized by a control part 7 by using a storage part 6 or inputted from an input part 3. The control part 7 retrieves the issue contents of original tickets saved in the storage part 6 according to the recognized or inputted individual identification information and displays the issue contents of the matching original ticket at a display part 4. When the reason of re-issue is indicated through the input part 3 according to the displayed issue contents of the original ticket, the control part 7 issues a commutation ticket at an issue part 5 and when the reason of is indicated, the control part 7 performs a refund processing.</p> |
