PURPOSE:To provide a one-boiler two-circuit type hot water supplying apparatus in which a heat absorption quantity of a heat exchanger of a hot water supply side or a reheating side for bath temperature keeping function can be increased in a simultaneously using state of the hot water supply/the reheating for the bath temperature keeping function. CONSTITUTION:A mixing valved drive signal 19a corresponding to valve opening information preset in a memory of a mixing valve driver 19 is sent to a mixing valve 5 based on a drive signal 25a from a heat absorption quantity controller 20, an opening of the valve 5 is regulated to vary a flow rate of water flowing in a hot water supply heat exchanger 6, thereby varying the heat absorption quantity of the exchanger 6.
