<p>PURPOSE:To provide the computer capable of automatically performing a saving operation without system down when AC power supply is palted and incorporating a power interruption protecting device at a small space. CONSTITUTION:This computer is provided with a means 9 for generating a DC input voltage based on an AC power source, a DC input voltage detection circuit 5 for detecting the interruption of the AC power supply, a DC input/ battery switching circuit 4 for switching the power source to a battery power source corresponding to the output detected the detecting means, and a processing means 8 (24) for automatically saving the data of a volatile memory inside the computer into a non-volatile storage means by interruption processing corresponding to the output detected by the detecting means 5.</p> |
