<p>The invention relates to a method for the cold conversion of solid urban waste and/or sludges, in which: a) the solid urban waste 1 and/or the sludges 2 are fed to a homogenizer 5; f) the solid urban waste is roughly preground 3; g) optionally, paper and/or plastic and/or wood and/or other materials that may usefully be recovered are separated 3 from the solid urban waste; b) the products are homogenized 5 in a centrifuge at high revolutions with addition of water; c) the homogenized product is pressed or centrifuged 7 to eliminate most of the water; d) the product resulting from this is made into a paste 8 with cement 10 and a vinyl polyester 9; e) the product is formed.
