PURPOSE:To prevent errors due to the wear of a template and to the fluctuation in a load, by using the mechanical contact of the template with a contact member to perform movement control which is one of advantages of a template copying mechanism and by compensating most of a driving force by the force of a hydraulic cylinder or the like. CONSTITUTION:A slide member 2 is guided on a sliding guide face 1 of the body of a machine. A cam 4, which serves as a template, is rotated by a can shaft 3. A lever 6 is supported by a lever shaft 5. A stylus 7, which serves as a contact member, is attached to one end of the lever 6. The lever 6 is swung according to the form of the cam 4. A driving member 8 is attached to the other end of the lever 6. The driving member 8 is brought into contact with a projecting member 9 to cause the slide member 2 to slide. Pressure detectors 10, 11 are attached to the projecting member 9 to detect the contact pressure when the slide member 2 is operating. The detection signal is supplied to a pressure control valve 14 through a pre-amplifier 15, an operational amplifier 16 and a servoamplifier 17 to drive a hydraulic cylinder 12 to raise or reduce the pressure of the slide member 2. |
